All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Married and In Love are final. We do not offer refunds for any
products or services, including digital products, physical goods, subscriptions, and any booked services.
Non-Transferable Purchases
All purchases are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or reassigned to another individual or entity.
Service Booking & Subscription Policy
When you book a service or subscribe to a plan, your time slot and subscription are reserved exclusively for you. Due to limited availability, all booked services and ongoing subscriptions are non-refundable once confirmed. If you need to cancel a subscription, please do so before the first of the next month to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.
Limited Exceptions
In rare cases, such as technical errors or mistakes on our part, we may consider issuing a refund or credit at our sole discretion. Requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support
within 24 hours of purchase.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first will result in immediate termination of
services and may lead to legal action to recover costs.
